The Business Development Representative will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will leverage your exceptional communication and networking skills to establish relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively promote our products or services. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong passion for sales and business development.

Essential Responsibilities:

    •  Identify and research potential clients and market segments to target business development opportunities.
    •  Qualify in bound leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
    •  Meet and exceed sales quotas and other key performance indicators.
    •  Proactively reach out to prospects via multi-touch outreach campaigns, including phone calls, emails, networking events, and social media platforms.
    •  Continuously learn prospecting strategies and trends, write email and call track content, and collaborate with team members for best practices and improvements in process.
    •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, competitive intel, and client interactions in our CRM system.
    •  Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about changes in the competitive landscape.
    •  Provide feedback and collaborate cross functionally to improve lead performance/quality as well as enhancing product messaging.
    •  Support Regional Sales Managers with targeted campaigns for specific verticals and client profiles.

Qualifications:

    •  Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, sales account executive, or similar role.
    •  Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of business development representative experience.
    •  a bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    •  Strong Time Management and organizational skills.
    •  Experience cold calling and cold outreach
    • Experience working in Salesforce.com preferred.
