Marketing Manager, Israel- Maternity Leave Cover

As Marketing Manager, Israel (6-month maternity cover) you will play a key part in executing our marketing programs in Israel, designing high-impact initiatives and strategies that generate business opportunities and strengthen relationships with our existing partners. 

This role is part of the Geo Marketing Organization and works closely with regional sales leadership to develop the marketing strategy & plan for Israel, driving regional business growth and maximizing both immediate and long-term ROI.

We’re looking for a creative, driven marketing pro with a can-do attitude, exceptional collaboration, verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for learning.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Hebrew and Native or fluent English
  • 4+ years of experience owning and leading marketing strategies in a B2B Tech/Ad-Tech company (experience in the online media space is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record in end-to-end B2B event management 
  • Deep understanding of both offline and online B2B marketing channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating seamlessly with global and local teams
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Qlik Sense

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Qlik Sense

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with the Sales leadership team to develop the annual and quarterly marketing strategy & plan for Israel to drive regional business growth and maximize ROI
  • Manage Taboola's event calendar in Israel, including exclusive C-Level events, product launches, and industry sponsorships 
  • Design and execute initiatives to boost client retention and loyalty, including managing holiday gifting campaigns, executive milestone gifts, and ongoing merchandise management
  • Plan and execute a diverse mix of online and offline programs such as educational webinars, seminars, breakfast meetings, and hands-on workshops
  • Translate marketing activities into actionable reports using Salesforce and QlikSense to enable informed decisions and resourcefully optimize the regional budget
  • Drive PR and communication efforts in collaboration with our PR agency to boost brand awareness
  • Support the sales team with localized marketing collateral, case studies, and presentations for speaking engagements
