Senior Product Manager - Platform Experience & AI

Tel Aviv, Israel

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company!

As a Senior Product Manager for Platform Experience & AI in our Tel Aviv office, you'll own how thousands of advertisers experience Realize, Taboola's performance advertising platform, every day - in the product, through ABBY, our AI assistant, and increasingly through AI agents that operate Realize on the advertiser's behalf via our public MCP server.

We are hiring a consumer product builder for a platform job. Realize is used by everyone from first-time SMB advertisers to global agencies, and the bar for it is consumer-grade: intuitive at first touch, effortless at scale, and smart enough to guide people to results. You'll lead three connected surfaces - the core platform experience, ABBY, and the agentic (MCP) layer - together with a peer product lead in our Emerging Products Domain group. You'll work with UX, R&D, Data Science, Product Analysts, Product Marketing and Business teams to make Realize the platform advertisers want to use, not just have to.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  1. Proven B2C product experience: 6+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping consumer products used by millions of people and owning outcomes like activation, engagement and retention. This is the core of the role.
  2. UX/UI craft at scale: You have led the experience of a high-traffic product, can critique a flow in detail, prototype your own ideas, and partner with design as a peer rather than a client. You know what "simple at scale" costs and how to get there.
  3. Strong product sense: You form a sharp point of view on what to build and what not to, back it with data and user insight, and make the call. You own a domain end-to-end - vision, roadmap, alignment across R&D, Design, Data Science and Business, and measurable outcomes.
  4. AI-native ways of working: You use AI tools every day as part of how you do product work - discovery, prototyping, analysis, writing - and you understand how LLM-based products behave well and badly. Building with AI is not new to you; it is how you work.
  5. Data and experimentation fluency: Comfortable designing and reading A/B tests, working with product analytics, and turning data into decisions and clear narratives for stakeholders.
  6. Communication that moves teams: Able to align global cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders behind a shared direction, and to make complex things simple in writing and in the room.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience mentoring or managing product managers
  • Ad-tech or performance-marketing experience, especially on self-serve ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads or similar) or products serving SMB advertisers
  • Experience shipping LLM-based assistants, copilots or agents; familiarity with MCP or other agent protocols
  • Experience with self-serve SaaS growth: onboarding, activation loops, product-led growth
  • Design, front-end or user-research background
  • Experience in a two-sided marketplace or platform business

How you'll make an impact:

  • Bring consumer-grade craft to Realize: Own the end-to-end advertiser journey - onboarding, campaign creation, reporting and in-product guidance - and turn complex advertising workflows into experiences that feel obvious. You'll set the UX bar for a platform used by thousands of advertisers at every level of sophistication.
  • Lead ABBY, our AI assistant: Define what ABBY does, where it shows up and how far it goes - from proactive insights and recommendations to taking action on the advertiser's behalf. Make the product feel like it has a smart operator inside it.
  • Make Realize agentic: Shape how advertisers and their AI agents operate Realize from outside the UI through our public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Decide what the platform exposes, how it protects advertisers, and how the agent experience and the in-product experience reinforce each other.
  • Design for activation and retention at scale: Own the metrics that matter - time to first campaign, activation, feature adoption, retention and incremental spend - and move them through large-scale A/B tests and fast iteration.
  • Raise the bar for AI-native product work: Use AI tools daily to research, prototype, analyze and spec, and bring that way of working to the team around you.
