Technical Account Manager

São Paulo, Brazil

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company and a proud Great Place to Work® Certified employer in Brazil.

As a Technical Account Manager on our Publisher Professional Services team in our São Paulo office, you’ll play a vital role in helping leading digital publishers maximize their revenue and performance through Taboola’s technology. You’ll own the technical success of a portfolio of enterprise publisher accounts, from initial technical discovery and implementation through ongoing optimization and growth. Partnering closely with Sales, you’ll combine hands-on implementation with performance analysis and strategic engagement with publisher stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as technical account management, solutions engineering, solutions consulting, or technical customer success, ideally in ad tech, digital media, or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including using browser developer tools to debug and troubleshoot live websites.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Cursor to support and improve your daily technical work.
  • Experience managing enterprise client accounts and technical implementations, with the ability to analyze performance metrics such as RPM and CTR and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with mobile app SDK integrations, SQL, or BI tools for self-service analysis.
  • Experience with Salesforce and a background combining technical delivery with commercial account management.
  • Working knowledge of publisher advertising technology, including native advertising, header bidding, ad servers, and programmatic monetization.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead technical discovery and pre-sale assessments by reviewing publishers’ technology stacks, identifying integration requirements and constraints, and validating technical feasibility in partnership with Sales.
  • Own publisher launches end to end, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, implementation, QA, risk management, and onboarding. Coordinate with global Publisher Professional Services colleagues when implementation work is delegated.
  • Monitor account health and performance, investigate technical issues, conduct performance audits, and implement optimization plans that improve publisher revenue and product adoption.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews in partnership with Sales, turning performance data and account insights into clear recommendations for publisher stakeholders.
  • Manage ongoing technical support, configuration changes, and complex escalations, collaborating with Product and R&D while keeping publishers informed and gathering feedback to influence product improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand publisher adoption and revenue in partnership with Sales, monitor compliance with contractual and on-page policies, and maintain accurate account and activity records in Salesforce.
