Medicare Community Relations Liaison (Contract)

At Talkspace, we’re on a mission to make therapy accessible to all. We’re seeking a Medicare Community Relations Liaison (20 hours per week, contract role) to drive grassroots marketing, community engagement, and partnership development to expand Talkspace’s presence among Medicare beneficiaries.

This on-the-ground role is ideal for a high-energy, relationship-driven professional who thrives in grassroots outreach, advocacy, and local marketing. If you're passionate about mental health acces and enjoy connecting with organizations and providers, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Southwest Florida 

What You’ll Do

Grassroots Marketing & Community Outreach

  • Conduct local market research to understand Medicare beneficiaries’ mental health needs
  • Build brand awareness through on-the-ground marketing and community engagement
  • Host and attend local events, health fairs, and provider meetings to promote Talkspace

Lead Generation & Partnerships

  • Develop a pipeline of partnerships with:
    • Senior Living Communities
    • Primary Care Providers & Specialists
    • Home Health Organizations & Community Centers
  • Conduct 30+ outreach activities per month (calls, site visits, events)

Tracking & Strategy Refinement

  • Log outreach efforts in Talkspace CRM
  • Refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights

About You 

  • Experience in grassroots marketing, community outreach, or advocacy
  • Strong relationship-building skills in healthcare, senior services, or insurance
  • Proven success in local event marketing, networking, and partnership development
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Active clinical licensure (LCSW, ACSW, LMHC, PMHNP, etc.) a huge plus
  • Talkspace or other telehealth platform experience a major advantage
