  • Location:  Onalaska, WI – Relocation required, if not local
  • Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Quarterly Profit Sharing 
  • Total Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

 

Purpose & Summary: You're at the heart of our financial operations—balancing books, maintaining key schedules, and preparing journal entries with precision and pride. You help close the books each month, collaborate with departments for forecasting and budgeting, and support the Controller and CEO with financial insights and special projects that keep our fiscal engine humming.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, audit engagement, and budgeting
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements across multiple entities
  • Manage capital expenditure processes and support annual business reporting
  • Monitor organizational risk, internal controls, and cash/liquidity analysis
  • Provide internal reporting and analytics to support business decisions
  • Mentor and develop finance team members through coaching and regular feedback
  • Partner with the Controller and President on special projects and department initiatives

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3–5 years of accounting, auditing and financial planning experience
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in public accounting, assurance, or financial analytics
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, cash planning, or organizational risk monitoring
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • CPA, CMA, CFA, or PMP certification is a plus
