About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive one of our highest-impact AI product areas: software that automates evidence review for auditors. This product uses LLMs to analyze audit evidence, draft first-pass test results, and surface findings for auditor review, directly reducing the hours required per audit engagement.

  • Are you a collaborative team player?
  • Are you customer-centric and a creative problem solver?
  • Are you passionate about working with engineers, and do you have experience communicating complex product requirements?
  • Are you excited about building AI-native products where model quality, evaluation, and user trust are core product problems?
  • Are you highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong bias towards getting things done?

If so, let’s talk!

At its core, this job is about owning and managing product development from start to finish. You will be responsible for gathering requirements from sources, both internal and external, conducting competitive analysis, conceptualizing new features and enhancements, rigorously prioritizing features, communicating product specifications to engineers, managing day-to-day delivery, and tracking the success metrics of launched features over time. You will join an established Product team and be expected to make an immediate impact. We are looking for a cognitively curious self-starter with a strong bias towards action who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, minimum, in product management or a comparable discipline.

Required

  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Have shipped digital products through the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery
  • Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered product features, including defining quality bars and working with evaluation frameworks
  • Track record of holding AI features to measurable business outcomes such as adoption, hours saved, and quality, not just promising demos
  • Comfort making product decisions under model uncertainty, balancing automation with human review
  • Software engineering background or a firm grasp of technology architecture, with the ability to estimate development effort and drive the right priorities and trade-offs
  • Ability to empathize with the customer and prioritize high-impact features on their behalf
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment
  • Expertise with Heap, Segment, or similar product analytics tools

Really nice to have:

  • Experience in audit, information security, or other technical industries

Essential day-to-day activities include:

  • Applying strategic thinking based on information obtained through formal requirements-gathering exercises to creatively conceptualize new features and enhancements to the product experience.
  • Driving features forward in bi-weekly sprints and prioritizing their completion.
  • Acting as a bridge between Design and Engineering teams to facilitate their interactions and clarify product development questions as they arise.
  • Helping to develop quarterly product roadmap with buy-in from cross-functional teams to unite behind and deliver shared goals.
  • Managing feature releases and ensuring smooth rollouts through proper internal and external stakeholder communication.
  • Proactively managing dependencies and performing data-driven prioritization of the team’s backlog to ensure the team makes maximum customer impact.
  • Creating and launching market-leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer experience.
  • Measuring the quality and business impact of AI features through evaluation frameworks and production metrics.
  • Analyzing and disseminating relevant product analytics/insights using product metrics.

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this role is $143,000 - $206,000 and will be based on experience and skill set
  • Early equity in a fast-growing company
  • Remote/ Hybrid work-from-home model
  • Unlimited PTO
  • $800 stipend for home office equipment
  • Quarterly wellness stipend
  • Paid courses and certifications
  • Free Spanish lessons from our Costa Rican office!
