Senior Full Stack Engineer (BE Oriented)

About the Role:

You will play an integral role in the development of an innovative SaaS product that serves millions of authentication requests for customers worldwide.

We're looking for talented Backend Engineers who love solving complex problems and are looking for a new challenge!

What you’ll do:

• Plan and deliver new features as we grow the emerging SaaS platform.
• Deliver both infrastructure and customer-facing features.
• Build and extend backend services in a dockerized environment.
• Learn and implement authentication protocols such as OIDC and WebAuthn.
• Build large-scale, multi-tenant identity management systems designed for high availability and low latency.
• Own performance and scalability: profile, load-test, and optimize services under heavy, spiky traffic.
• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow, and help shape how the team adopts them.
• Help define how AI agents are identified, authenticated, and trusted, building the foundations of agentic identity.

What you’ll need:

• At least 5 years of proven experience developing complex web applications.
• Proven record implementing scalable REST APIs and services, taking a feature from the design board to deployment.
• Experienced with backend development using tools such as Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Docker.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, including query optimization and data modeling at scale.
• Experience building systems that handle high throughput — caching, queuing, horizontal scaling, and graceful degradation.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and LLM-based tools, with good judgment about reviewing and validating their output.
• Familiar with frontend development with modern web frameworks (React/Angular/Vue/Next.js).
• Fast learner and tech savvy.

Advantages:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Understanding of microservices-based deployments with the ability to introduce monitoring/tracing of application logs.
• Experience with load-testing tools (k6, Gatling, JMeter) and observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Grafana).
