LTL Logistics Coordinator

Seaford, DE

A Day in the Life: LTL Logistics Coordinator

What’s better than moving freight? Moving it smarter, faster, and more efficiently than anyone else.

As an LTL Logistics Coordinator, you’re the heartbeat of shipment execution. You’re confirming rates, tendering freight, tracking shipments, and solving problems before they ever become problems. You don’t wait for issues to surface — you anticipate them, attack them, and keep customers confident every step of the way.

This isn’t just data entry. This is relationship-building. It’s strategy. It’s execution. It’s making sure every LTL shipment gets where it needs to go — at the right price, on the right timeline, with the right carrier.

If you’re energized by fast-paced logistics, motivated by hitting metrics, and driven to create solutions instead of excuses, this role was built for you.
