Sales Manager

London, England, United Kingdom
TripleLift is the Creative SSP powered by TL Spark, our agentic intelligence layer. We orchestrate creative, supply, audience, and measurement into a single outcome-driven system across the open internet, retail media, and CTV. Our platform enables brands and agencies to drive measurable performance while helping publishers maximize yield and preserve high-quality user experiences.

Overview

At TripleLift, we are elevating digital advertising by combining beautiful creative formats with high-performing programmatic technology. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our International Sales team, driving commercial success across the UK and key international markets.

In this role, you will champion TripleLift’s "Creative SSP" proposition across top-tier agency holding companies, media planning/buying teams, and brand advertisers. You will lead from the front - leveraging your existing agency relationships to convert programmatic buyers from our market-leading Native solutions into our broader suite of Video, Display, and Connected TV (CTV) products, while actively hunting for new business opportunities.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, UK, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the UK, US, France, Germany, and APAC. This role will strategically cover accounts across major agency holding companies, with an immediate focus on IPG, Dentsu, and Havas. A core priority will be driving new business expansion across these networks and capitalising on growth opportunities within the wider UK media market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and execute a robust sales pipeline to consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Educate, influence, and convert existing clients from Native-only programmatic spending to TripleLift’s multi-product portfolio.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with agency trading desks, media planners, brand directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new agency and advertiser partnerships across your assigned agency patch.
  • Gather market insights and competitive intelligence to position TripleLift as the preferred SSP partner for agency buyers.
  • Maintain meticulous data integrity in Salesforce, providing accurate weekly sales updates, lead tracking, and monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts to leadership.

Education & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven digital media, ad tech, or agency-side sales experience, with a solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, header bidding, and agency trading practices).
  • Pre-existing, active relationships across UK agency holding companies (specifically within IPG, Dentsu, or Havas networks) and agency trading desks.
  • Demonstrated history of quota attainment, successful account management, and strategic deal closing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to both operational buying teams and senior executives.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes end-to-end ownership of client accounts.
  • Ability to work autonomously while partnering seamlessly with international cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
