Revenue Operations Analyst

Remote - LATAM

TRM Labs is a blockchain intelligence company committed to fighting crime and creating a safer world. By leveraging blockchain data, threat intelligence, and advanced analytics, our products empower governments, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to combat illicit activity and global security threats. At TRM, you'll join a mission-driven, fast-paced team made up of experts in law enforcement, data science, engineering, and financial intelligence, tackling complex global challenges daily. Whether analyzing blockchain data, developing cutting-edge tools, or collaborating with global organizations, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support process automation, GTM tools optimization, and ad-hoc reporting for our revenue organization. This role will play a key part in improving operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and enabling sales and customer success teams with better tools and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Process Automation: Identify inefficiencies in revenue workflows and implement automation to streamline operations.
  • Tool Optimization: Support the management and improvement of GTM tools, including Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Reporting & Insights: Assist in building reports and dashboards to support sales performance tracking and operational analytics.
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure accurate and reliable data across CRM and revenue systems, maintaining high-quality reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and CS Ops teams to optimize processes and align reporting.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and other GTM tools (Apollo, Gong, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
  • Understanding of process automation tools and workflows in a SaaS or sales-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, or BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with customer success and sales enablement processes.
  • Understanding of revenue forecasting models and sales performance metrics.

About the Team:

  • The RevOps team is truly remote! We practice async communication and collaboration through various methods such as slack channels and documentation (Notion, etc.). It's important to note that the primary method for communication for this role with all relevant stakeholders will be through slack (text, voice notes and video messages across DMs and various channels).  Additionally, RevOps is involved in a variety of live recurring meetings throughout the week (~8 hours). A few times a year we'll come together in-person to collaborate, with an opportunity to engage in-person more often if you're near a hub.
  • As a globally distributed team, members may observe different timezones. However, most of the team will overlap between the hours of 11am - 5pm EST for meetings and collaboration. All team members, regardless of location must have at least 6 hour overlap with EST business hours.

Learn about TRM Speed in this position:

  • Process Automation Implementation: When sales reps experience bottlenecks due to inefficient lead assignment, the Revenue Operations Analyst must quickly identify automation solutions (e.g., Salesforce workflow rules or Zapier integrations) to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
  • Real-Time Reporting & Insights for Sales Performance: If a sales leader requests urgent pipeline visibility before an executive meeting, the analyst must rapidly pull and validate data, build an actionable dashboard, and ensure accurate insights are available in a short timeframe.
  • Data Integrity & Issue Resolution: If a data sync error in Salesforce results in missing or duplicated leads, the analyst must quickly diagnose the issue, correct the data, and prevent revenue-impacting delays for sales and customer success teams.
