This role will focus on digging deep into data, optimizing systems, and enabling the company to make informed, strategic HR decisions. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving at the intersection of people and operations, this role is for you!

The impact you will have:

  • You are highly organized and are able to juggle all your responsibilities through ruthless prioritization
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Create, maintain, and improve dashboards using tools like Google Sheets (primary), Looker, or Tableau.
  • Develop workflows and optimize processes using tools like Asana
  • Support system implementations and ensure accurate data management across HR platforms.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-backed insights and operational support.

What we’re looking for:

  • HR Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in in HR analytics, operations, or a similar role. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and general HR operations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills: The ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
  • Problem Solver: Adept at troubleshooting and improving HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to partner with employees and leaders across the company.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using data to drive decisions and improve HR processes.

About the Team:

Our HR Operations team is a blend of junior and senior professionals spread across the globe. This mix of experience and perspectives fosters collaboration and learning, making it a dynamic and enriching environment to work in.

We value communication and alignment, which is why we prioritize structured collaboration. The team connects through daily standups to ensure everyone is on the same page, bi-weekly meetings with the broader People team, and monthly alignment sessions involving HR and Talent. Between meetings, we rely on thorough documentation, Slack, and email to keep things moving efficiently and transparently.

Our culture is incredibly supportive and welcoming. We pride ourselves on being curious, ready to help, and warm, creating a space where every team member can thrive. This is a great team for anyone who values collaboration, kindness, and continuous growth.

To complement this team, we look for individuals with strong communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Empathy and a team-first attitude are key traits that ensure smooth collaboration and contribute to our inclusive and encouraging environment.

  • As a globally distributed team, members may observe different timezones. However, most of the team will overlap between the hours of 7am-12pm PST Monday-Friday for meetings and collaboration.
  • All team members, regardless of location must have at least 4 hour overlap with PST business hours.
  • About 2 - 3 times a year it so happens we are all out on the same day for a holiday! At that time we designate 1 person to be ‘on-call’ and monitor Slack and email just in case of an HR emergency that needs to be adressed same day. We all rotate so everyone can expect to be on call about once a year.

Learn about TRM Speed in this position:

  • Employee inquiry tickets are resolved within hours
  • Basic reports compiled same day
  • All new hire paperwork drafted and sent out same day

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
