What we are looking for:

We’re seeking a Product Manager – Job Discovery & Matching to drive innovation in how clinicians discover and apply for jobs in our marketplace. You have a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, job search algorithms, and user engagement strategies, and you excel at using data to improve matching outcomes.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong technical acumen to work closely with engineering. You are comfortable defining data-driven product strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering impactful solutions. Your responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the job discovery and matching experience to improve engagement, conversion, and overall clinician satisfaction.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine search and matching algorithms, ensuring highly personalized job recommendations.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing roadmaps to optimize product performance, continuously iterating on job search and application flows.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to define product requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success stakeholders to align product development with business goals and maximize impact.
  • Monitor key marketplace metrics (job views, applications, and conversions) to identify trends, adjust strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments, effectively communicating with leadership, sales, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Apply a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, search functionality, and job discovery experiences to enhance user engagement and conversion.

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree with a focus on Product Management, Analytics, or Strategy preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning and improving key product KPIs
  • Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or workforce planning is required; healthcare staffing strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decision-making
  • Proven ability to develop and execute A/B testing roadmaps to optimize product performance
  • Experience with product discovery techniques, including qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to evangelize product vision and strategy. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • English fluency is required
  • Certifications in Product Management, Data Analytics, or UX Research (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, General Assembly, Google Data Analytics, etc.) a plus!

Trusted reasonably anticipates the below to be the annual base salary range for this role. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position. We are committed to transparency, and any compensation questions will be addressed early in our recruitment process. 

Annual Base Salary Range

$162,000 - $188,000 USD
