The Impact U will make:

  • Based in London, report directly to the Global Head of Insurance Sales, driving new business opportunities across the EMEA region within the insurance industry.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across Carriers, Brokers, MGAs, MGUs, and Reinsurers to expand our market presence throughout EMEA.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, staying aligned with their evolving needs and consistently adding value to their operations.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts, deepening our footprint across EMEA and uncovering new opportunities to extend our solutions and services.
  • Develop and implement customized account strategies focused on both immediate sales and long-term growth within the market.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the Unqork platform to create use case patterns that address client challenges and effectively communicate the impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure a cohesive and positive client experience for clients.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets across the EMEA region, adjusting strategies as needed to track and drive progress.

What U bring:

  • 7-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specializing in the insurance industry (Carriers, Brokers, MGAs, MGUs, Reinsurers) with a strong focus on the EMEA region.
  • Extensive experience in the EMEA commercial insurance market, particularly with Lloyd’s of London, the UK Specialty Insurance Market, and the unique challenges they face.
  • Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling, with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and account growth. Familiarity with no-code/low-code technology is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through a mix of new business and account expansion in the market.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs, connect them to platform features, and communicate the value and impact of our solutions.
