Sales Recruiter

Compass International Holdings is looking for a Sales Recruiter who will drive the company’s talent acquisition strategy for our growing Sales (Strategic Growth) team. As our Sales Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies for various positions. In addition, you will assist in developing and promoting the company culture internally and externally.

Please note: this is a fully onsite role.

In This Role You Will:

  • Drive the recruiting process from beginning to end: sourcing efforts, guidance through the interview process, offer extensions, negotiations and candidate close
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners
  • Drive talent strategy across different stakeholders
  • Continuously source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases and innovative research tactics
  • Leverage AI to enhance sourcing, research, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting efficiency
  • Act as a brand ambassador; creatively attract and market Compass International Holdings to qualified and strong candidates
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast- paced, high volume sales environment 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth skill sets and commission-based/OTE roles
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively source and engage passive sales talent, including candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity
  • Highly motivated self-starter that possesses high energy, meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows; curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches
  • High index on resiliency, sense of urgency and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency
  • Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite

The base pay range for this position is $79,740-$120,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
