*This role is 100% in-office in the Denver, CO office (Cherry Creek)* 

Compass seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Team that shapes all of our agents’ marketing and branding projects, from concepts and development through implementation and tracking. At Compass, our agents are our brand and vice versa. When their marketing excels, then our company does. This team provides vital account services and strategy to help our agents make their marketing efforts the best they can be.

You will work collaboratively with the best in-house marketing, agent experience, & creative team. You will collaborate with talented teammates who draw on experiences from many different industries. You will work with key external and partnered vendors to execute a wide variety of initiatives and help ensure cohesion between the Compass brand and the marketing/advertising deliverables of our agents.

At Compass, You Will:

  • Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes
  • Provide outstanding client service to make agent marketing efforts less time-consuming and more effective as their ‘accountability partner’
  • Work with Compass’s design team to coordinate the delivery of custom design projects and all associated materials.
  • Monitor agents’ marketing initiatives and analyze project results to determine effectiveness, helping inform future marketing activities for that agent/agent team.
  • Develop marketing plans that help agents make the most of their budgets by using tactics that deliver the best return for their business.
    • Includes activations in multiple channels, including branding, advertising in print, digital, social media, photography and video, direct mail, and more
  • Work with agents to drive adoption and usage of Compass’s platform and product tools through internal marketing, communications, and training.
  • Research and design regional social media assets within our tech platform and weekly and monthly emails for agents to use and promote (examples: highlighting local happenings and market reports).

Experience We Are Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Ability to float between Cherry Creek and other Denver offices
  • Skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Savvy with social media and Instagram specifically
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience working in a client or account service environment is a big plus
  • Experience working in real estate marketing and/or at a luxury brand is a big plus
  • Proficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google, and Microsoft

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $24.90-$27.69; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with a full range of benefits. Base pay varies by market location. We will always meet the minimum wage for the position.
