**Please note this is a full-time, in-office role primarily based in the Hinsdale office and other Chicagoland offices (M-F 8:30a-5p)**

As a Front Desk Administrator, you are the person who operates a multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers, greet customers and visitors, direct them to appropriate personnel, and support office staff by performing the following duties: 

● Welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
● Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
● Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information as necessary
● Performs basic searches, updates,s and audits in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
● Work on specific projects assigned weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
● Create recruiting packets, listing/buyer packets, and update form drawers

● Create and maintain schedules
● Support agents by answering questions and providing training relating to technology and communicating office procedure information. Provides information about MLS, rentals and tenant screening, marketing, IT, and directs agents to the appropriate department when needed
● Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications while communicating with the messenger service; coordinates inter-office deliveries
● Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes
● Performs other clerical duties as needed, maintaining files, photocopying, scannin,g and collating
● Orders office and kitchen supplies
● Performs daily cleaning duties throughout the office, including the kitchen and bathrooms
● Restocking supplies throughout the office and taking weekly inventory
● Other duties and projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

● 1-2 years of related experience
● Real estate experience a plus
● High school diploma or GED

The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear.

Compensation:

The salary pay range for this position is $21.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. The minimum wage for the position will always be met.
