Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategies for SEO, advertising campaigns (Google Ads and YouTube), email marketing, and website management. You’ll work closely with the VaynerSpeakers team to enhance the website, boost brand visibility, and ideate new digital initiatives to attract and engage our audience.

This position will be required to come into the NYC office four days a week. 

What You'll Do:

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Drive SEO efforts to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and optimize website content.
  • Paid Ads Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and YouTube to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. Propose budgets for digital initiatives, including paid advertising and website improvements to the Director of Marketing
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase engagement, and support event-driven initiatives.
  • Website Management: Assist in managing the VaynerSpeakers website, ensuring that content is updated, user experience is optimized, and SEO best practices are applied.
  • Digital Ideation & Innovation: Brainstorm and develop new online strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness and gain traction for the VaynerSpeakers brand.
  • Campaign Tracking & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics for all digital channels, adjusting campaigns as necessary to optimize performance and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content and sales teams to align digital marketing strategies with brand objectives.

What You Bring:

  • Someone who is chronically online and excited to keep up to date on social and digital marketing trends / opportunities 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, paid ads (Google Ads, YouTube), and email marketing.
  • Proven experience in website management and content optimization for SEO.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and refine digital marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Base Salary

$85,000 - $100,000 USD
