In a Nutshell:

We are building a dynamic digital Commerce Pod to service Fortune 500 CPG clients and drive significant revenue growth through TikTok Shop. As the Associate Director of Social Commerce you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our TikTok Shop initiatives, driving significant revenue growth and building lasting partnerships with influencers, creators, and clients. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of social commerce, strong client management skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a high-growth environment.

What You’d Do:

  • Develop and oversee the strategy for TikTok Shop campaigns, aligning with company goals and client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-performing influencers and creators, driving engagement and revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring successful outcomes for their TikTok Shop initiatives.
  • Spearhead the planning and execution of innovative live shopping events, leveraging TikTok trends and data to optimize performance.
  • Define and utilize analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies, maximize ROI, and report results to senior leadership.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to integrate TikTok Shop initiatives into broader marketing strategies.
  • Stay ahead of social commerce trends, ensuring the company remains a leader in the space by producing thought leadership on the landscape.

What You’ve Got:

  • 5+ years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of success on Tiktok Shop.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive $100K+ in monthly revenue through TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
  • Deep expertise in TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and cultural dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, influencers, and internal teams.
  • Background in e-commerce or digital commerce is a strong plus.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
