Senior Creator (Copywriter)- Marketing Team

New York City or Miami

Do you have a Substack you’re oddly proud of? A notes app full of half-written blog drafts? An unhealthy obsession with the business of advertising and a love for making content that actually gets read? ✍️🧑‍💻📲📈

Based in either NYC or Miami, this role sits on our internal marketing team and leads the charge on all things written content: from crafting scroll-stopping social posts (hi, LinkedIn) to writing newsletters, blogs, and Substack articles that marketers genuinely look forward to. Here’s where you come in.

  • A seasoned writer with a proven passion for the advertising and marketing world
  • Ultimate team player who will create value in any situation.

  • Translate big ideas, internal wins, and campaign launches into digestible, social-first content
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to bring narratives to life across formats
  • Help shape the voice of our newsletter and ensure consistency across touchpoints
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and infuse timely, relevant topics into our content
  • Join brainstorms and contribute ideas proactively—you don’t just write what’s briefed
  • Prioritize clarity, originality, and brand storytelling in everything you publish
  • Jump in to support visual and video editing needs
  • Assist with posting digital content across various platforms
  • Be comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field, with a proven track record in the B2B sector.
  • A huge interest in the big social media platforms, marketing, and advertising!
  • Experience working across a variety of social platforms, web, and email.
  • Experience working with designers, developers, and team focused creative process
  • Responsible, accountable, and a self-starter who demonstrates initiative.

Unsure if you meet the qualifications? We are always looking for talent which will continue to cultivate an inclusive and representative team that will enhance our perspectives, skill sets, background, and behaviors.  We encourage those who are passionate about what we do to apply!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
