The Task at Hand

Be prepared for one of the most meaningful and purposeful career experiences you can have. You will be tasked with Recruiting talent and taking a true partnership approach to your work, consistently bridging department needs with that of the broader company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and manages recruiting processes: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting,  scheduling, and hiring 
  • Source prospective candidates for open positions using job boards, applicant tracking system (ATS), and LinkedIn.
  • Review and sort incoming resumes, identify qualified talent and schedule candidates.
  • Identify diversity initiatives: utilizing available job boards, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.
  • Assist with building hiring processes that provide equal opportunities to all candidates

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2-4 years recruitment or Sourcing experience within advertising, marketing, PR, Media industry
  • Expert in G-Suite tools and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional integrity, self-motivated and proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High caliber to be organized and detail-oriented is a must.
  • Experience in creative and production roles a plus!

**This role can be based in New York or Los Angeles**

Base Salary

$70,000 - $80,000 USD
