In A Nutshell:
We are seeking a visionary, growth-minded leader to serve as Director of CAIT Partnerships. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision, operational framework, and team execution across paid and earned creator, affiliate, influencer, and talent programs. You will be responsible for building high-impact CAIT strategies and serve as a bridge between client leads, creators, talent agencies, and internal strategy/creative teams. You will ensure our CAIT programs deliver measurable business outcomes and scale across key US brand accounts.
 
What You'd Do:
  • Lead and direct proposal development, pitch decks, and overarching CAIT strategies that tie creator activations directly to client business metrics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior brand marketing clients, translating the influencer landscape and social data into clear, actionable campaign execution plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and build capacity for a team of direct reports; establish resource planning frameworks to balance workloads and ensure top-tier executional quality across accounts.
  • Cultivate executive-level partnerships with major talent agencies, platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch), and key industry networks to secure exclusive client opportunities and competitive rates.
  • Ensure executional excellence for talent sourcing, white-listing, contracting, and compliance, aligning across cross-functional legal, finance, and creative teams.
What You've Got:
  • Agency experience within social media, influencer marketing, or creator economy.
  • Direct experience managing and developing a team of direct reports.
  • Proven track record of designing integrated social-first and creator strategies for Fortune 500 clients with substantial budgets.
  • High-level proficiency in interpreting social data, social listening tools, discovery tools and influencer management dashboards.
  • Masterful pitch building, narrative development, and public-speaking skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.

This position is currently designated as hybrid and is subject to the Company's workplace attendance and in-office work requirements, as in effect from time to time. The Company reserves the right to modify these requirements at any time.

Base Salary

$135,000 - $160,000 USD
