As our Growth and Product Marketing Associate, you will support a wide range of marketing efforts, from building sales enablement materials to helping bring new features and campaigns to market. You’ll work closely with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Success, and more  to help Wellthy grow and tell a consistent, compelling story in the market.

You will report directly to Wellthy’s Head of Growth and Product Marketing.

To be successful in this role:

This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role with a wide variety of responsibilities. The person in this position will support Wellthy’s sales, marketing, client success, and product teams through content creation, organization, and strategic execution.

Support Wellthy’s team with all aspects of Sales Enablement, including:

  • Slide decks: Build and update presentation materials (both standard and customized) for prospect meetings, sales conferences, and internal trainings
  • Demos: Help write demo scripts and assist with all aspects of demo environment setup and delivery
  • Videos: Contribute to the creation of short-form videos that showcase our product, impact, and new features
  • Content Marketing (ebooks, white papers): Draft and format long-form thought leadership pieces that support the sales journey
  • Website (e.g. growth landing pages): Support copywriting, content updates, new page creation, blog posts, and more
  • Email: Strategize and build effective email campaigns for sales outreach and lifecycle touchpoints; identify A/B testing opportunities
  • Battlecards: Maintain up-to-date internal documents that compare Wellthy to competitors and support sales conversations
  • Case Studies: Support the creation of client-specific and member-focused case studies that highlight Wellthy’s impact across industries and populations
  • Assist in developing and evolving product messaging, creating messaging for new launches and features, and translating messaging into on-brand member- and prospect-facing materials. 
  • Be an integral part of our Customer (Client) Marketing strategy, deepening bonds with existing customers and members while also extracting key insights. This person will also work closely with our Member Engagement and Marketing Operations teams to map existing processes and find opportunities for improvement.
  • Help organize and maintain Wellthy’s growth and product marketing content, including shared drives, libraries, and team folders. Help ensure content stays current, accessible, and aligned with Wellthy’s evolving needs and the momentum of our business. 

Qualifications

It is important to note that you will need the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, creative, and be comfortable in knowing that we are constantly evolving. Wellthy values relevant experience and skills, whether gained through traditional education or hands-on roles. 

  • We’re looking for a curious, collaborative marketer who’s eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to wear many hats. The right candidate brings a mix of follow-through and organization with a creative spirit and low ego, team-oriented lens.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role (preferably B2B marketing); 
  • Experience supporting sales teams with content creation, campaigns, and/or enablement materials
  • Exceptionally strong writing, editing, and project management skills—this role requires someone who is organized, and who can absorb a lot of tasks keeping them all on track and on deadline
  • Strong interest and/or experience in working in a mission-driven, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly

  • Tech-savvy and resourceful: Familiarity with tools like Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc), HubSpot, Figma, and Canva. 
  • Clear communicator: Ability to convey ideas simply and effectively, whether writing, editing, or talking through a project on a video call. This role collaborates with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, client success, care, and more, so strong virtual presence and confidence contributing in cross-functional settings are essential.
  • Detail-oriented execution: Able to manage multiple priorities without letting things slip through the cracks. Brings strong follow-through and stays on task and on deadline, even amid competing requests and a fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership mindset: Proactive and comfortable jumping in, making progress, and keeping momentum going without needing perfect information or direction, and someone who takes responsibility for outcomes. 

Creative thinking and a desire to solve problems: Brings fresh ideas to the table and isn’t afraid to experiment or iterate on messaging, positioning, design, or approach to help move the needle and expand our impact and reach. 

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn: This role offers a ton of opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your skills as a marketer! Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and positive, open to feedback, and always willing to hear the perspectives of others.

Qualifications that are nice to have, but not mandatory:

  • Eye for design and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Experience scripting, creating, and editing videos in programs like Premiere Pro
  • Keen research skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools
  • Experience marketing to HR and/or Healthcare decision-makers

Total Rewards Package

The starting salary for this position is $75,000-$95,000 per year.

To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment.

This is a remote and US states based opportunity. We ask that you work in a location that is:

  • Private, with secure (not public) internet and phone access

  • Given the nature of the material you will be working on and handling, you are required to work from a private, dedicated, distraction-free space
