Our technology is designed to be easy to integrate into existing delivery and logistics networks, offering a scalable drone delivery solution for a broad range of businesses. About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Finance Manager - Corporate FP&A to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role can be hybrid in Palo Alto, CA (preferred), or remote within the United States.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be a foundational pillar of the Finance organization—owning company-wide consolidation and executive reporting while leading financial data governance, and cash flow forecasting. The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of systems thinking, startup agility, and executive storytelling. You are just as comfortable architecting clean data hierarchies and automated workflows as you are zooming out to synthesize clear, strategic narratives for leadership. Beyond reporting the numbers, you will build the scalable processes and modern financial infrastructure that power decision-making as Wing grows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end financial consolidation, managing the process, deliverables, and narrative synthesis for monthly financial reporting and the Annual Budget.
  • Establish and govern the enterprise financial data taxonomy—across cost centers, chart of accounts, project codes, and location tags—to unlock scalable, granular reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design, automate, and implement the financial systems architecture that will power Wing’s growth.
  • Design, chair, and operationalize Wing’s Spend Governance framework, including approval thresholds, contract review gates, and vendor commitment tracking.
  • Build and refine Wing’s indirect cash flow and runway models in partnership with Accounting, Treasury, and Supply Chain Finance to forecast working capital and monthly cash burn.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
  • Demonstrated experience owning full-company P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow consolidation.
  • Proven track record scaling financial processes, data governance, and multi-dimensional reporting in a high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience implementing modern planning, ERP, and BI systems and leveraging AI to automate financial workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with GAAP accounting, three-statement modeling, and working capital and cash flow drivers.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with a knack for translating complex datasets into clear, visually clean memos for senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA.
  • Experience operating in hardware, aviation, logistics, supply chain, or multi-site physical operations environments.
