Endoscopy Nurse – Capsule Endoscopy Specialist (Band 7/ Band 8 )
Remote/ West Midlands based
Xyla is offering an exciting opportunity for experienced Band 7 / Band 8 Endoscopy Nurses to join a cutting-edge Capsule Endoscopy service. This remote role allows you to contribute to a highly specialised diagnostic pathway from the comfort of your own workspace, supporting patients through a minimally invasive and innovative procedure.
Key Responsibilities
- Review pre-operative assessment notes from clinic and electronically prescribe bowel preparation
- Interpret and report Capsule Colon Endoscopy (CCE) results in line with hospital protocols and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse (Band 7)
- Proven experience in endoscopy and capsule procedures
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote specialist setting
- Must be able to prescribe
