Pediatric Behavioral Health Therapist
Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams.
Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter's name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”. We couldn’t think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence.
We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you!

We’re looking for clinicians who are energized by integrated, team-based care and who embody these traits in their approach to practice:
- Communication: Builds trusting relationships with children and families, facilitates open dialogue around sensitive topics, and fosters collaboration across the care team to ensure every voice is heard and understood.
- Advocate: Supports children and caregivers through their behavioral health journey, meeting them where they are and connecting them with resources that promote healing, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
- Collaborative: Works seamlessly within an integrated primary care environment, consulting with pediatricians and other providers to create cohesive treatment plans that address the whole child—mind and body.
- Tech-Forward: Leverages technology to enhance clinical documentation, improve access to care through virtual visits, and streamline workflows that free more time for meaningful patient connection.
- Growth-Orientated: Embraces ongoing learning and clinical development, contributing to innovation, peer mentorship, and the advancement of evidence-based practices in pediatric behavioral health.
- Family First: Honors the unique perspectives and values of each family, providing guidance grounded in empathy, evidence, and partnership to help children thrive within their everyday environments.

- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health
- Proven ability to assess and treat a range of pediatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with dedicated administrative time built in—giving you flexibility to complete charting, manage inbox tasks, pursue continuing education, and more.
- Make a lasting impact by helping shape an innovative behavioral health program embedded within primary care—advancing whole-child wellness through truly integrated, team-based care.
