Webmaster
Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams.
Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter's name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”. We couldn’t think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence.
We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you!
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Webmaster serves as the operational owner of the organization's website ecosystem, responsible for the overall health, performance, and integrity of all web properties. This role ensures that websites function reliably, securely, and efficiently while supporting marketing initiatives, user experience, search visibility, and AI discoverability.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, design, development, analytics, and IT teams, the Webmaster ensures the website supports business goals and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with project management and collaboration skills — someone equally comfortable maintaining infrastructure and partnering with creative and strategy teams to bring campaigns and new features to life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as the primary owner and operational lead for all website properties, ensuring high uptime, fast load times, and reliable functionality
- Oversee front-end and back-end website development, coordinating with internal developers or external agencies to deliver site improvements and new functionality
- Coordinate and implement website updates, campaign launches, and new content in collaboration with marketing, product, and SEO teams — including hands-on support for digital campaign execution
- Partner with SEO teams to implement new pages, templates, and features in alignment with technical standards, brand, and UX guidelines
- Collaborate with design teams to implement layouts, templates, and UI components consistent with the organization's design system
- Monitor and optimize website performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and performance monitoring platforms
- Maintain website infrastructure including hosting environments, CDN services, domain management, DNS configuration, and SSL certificates — including CDN configuration, caching strategies, and performance optimization
- Monitor crawl health, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and page performance to maintain strong search and discovery visibility
- Implement and maintain AI-friendly website infrastructure, including LLM sitemaps, AI crawler accessibility, and structured data that supports AI search and knowledge systems
- Manage redirect strategies, broken links, crawl errors, and other technical issues that impact site health
- Build and maintain schema markup and structured data implementations across web properties
- Work with analytics teams to ensure proper event tracking, tagging, and measurement across the website
- Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and governance standards for website publishing and updates
- Support internal teams with technical guidance, CMS training, and troubleshooting as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Proven track record managing and maintaining large or complex websites, including enterprise or headless CMS environments
- Deep familiarity with major CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, Contentful, or similar systems
- Hands-on knowledge of website infrastructure — hosting environments, CDN platforms such as Cloudflare, domain management, DNS, and SSL
- Proficient in analytics and monitoring tools including Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
- Solid command of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Comfortable working with React or similar web frameworks to build reusable, dynamic components across web properties
- Skilled at integrating GraphQL or REST APIs to drive dynamic content and interactivity
- Familiar with microfrontend architectures and server-side rendering (SSR) for performance, SEO, and scalability
- Working knowledge of SQL-based databases and data pipelines that support content, analytics, or web functionality
- Strong grasp of technical SEO concepts including crawl management, indexing, structured data, schema markup, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals
- Collaborative by nature — able to work closely with design, marketing, and development teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Adept at managing web development projects and holding external vendors or agencies accountable to timelines and quality standards
- Sharp analytical and troubleshooting instincts with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving site issues
- Clear communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences across multiple teams
- Able to juggle multiple website initiatives simultaneously without losing attention to detail or quality
