We're looking for a strategic, highly technical Senior Director of Demand Generation to build the next generation of B2B marketing at Crunchtime.

You'll lead our Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Digital Marketing teams and partner closely with Sales, Revenue Ops, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and executive leadership to modernize how we attract, engage, and convert prospects.

The ideal candidate is a revenue marketer with a technologist's mindset—someone excited to leverage AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies to fundamentally transform how marketing operates.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Own the global demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, digital and ABM
  • Develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Establish measurement frameworks focused on pipeline creation, CAC, ROI, and marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to optimize lead management, routing, scoring, and pipeline progression.

Lead Digital Marketing

  • Establish the vision and roadmap for Crunchtime's website, ensuring it serves as a high-performing demand generation and customer engagement platform.
  • Continuously optimize digital experiences through testing, personalization, and behavioral insights.

Lead Marketing Technology & AI Transformation

  • Develop and execute Crunchtime's marketing technology roadmap, ensuring systems are scalable, integrated, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered marketing solutions across campaign creation, personalization, automation, analytics, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation by continuously testing new AI capabilities and emerging technologies.

Own Marketing Operations

  • Lead Marketing Operations, ensuring best practices in automation, attribution, CRM integration, reporting, governance, and data quality.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to create a seamless customer journey from first touch through closed revenue.
  • Build dashboards and executive reporting that provide actionable business insights.

Build and Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop team capabilities around AI, marketing technology, and modern growth strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • 7-10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including leadership of demand generation and marketing operations.
  • 5+ years experience managing multi-functional teams across demand generation, marketing operations, and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success building marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline growth.
  • Deep expertise with modern marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating and implementing AI technologies within marketing organizations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into business decisions.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations.
  • Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience marketing to enterprise restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operators.

Essential Physical & Mental Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
  • Prolonged periods of typing and working at a computer
  • Ability to listen and speak over the phone or Zoom calls
