As the Product Enablement Manager, you will serve as the core go-to-market product subject matter expert and own technical enablement for our Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers. In this role, you will build onboarding and certification pathways, partner with Product and Product Marketing on release readiness, and launch our company-wide GTM Learning Management System. You will directly shape how our customer-facing teams demonstrate value to restaurant leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Own onboarding and readiness programs for Sales Engineers (SEs) and Technical Account Managers (TAMs), covering product depth, demo certification, solution design, and technical validation for all suite products.
- Run ongoing SE and TAM enablement, including storytelling workshops, competitive technical deep dives, new-feature training, and value-based demo coaching.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to build and manage an enterprise-wide product enablement framework covering launch tiers, release readiness, and certifications.
- Author and maintain GTM product playbooks, demo flows, persona guides, and competitive battlecards, while serving as the primary product SME across go-to-market teams.
- Support technical curriculum within AE and CSM onboarding and monitor company-wide certification metrics to report team readiness and impact to leadership.
- Co-deliver Camp Crunchtime (our first-week onboarding experience for every new GTM hire), while keeping core messaging and curriculum up to date.
- Lead the implementation and launch of the GTM Learning Management System (LMS), establishing learning paths, content structure, and CRM integrations.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, TAM, or in technical/product enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep product aptitude with the ability to articulate complex technical workflows and demonstrate software through business-outcome storytelling.
- Proven track record partnering with Product and Product Marketing teams on product launches, readiness programs, and go-to-market execution.
- Direct experience implementing, administering, or building curriculum within a modern Learning Management System or enablement platform.
- Strong instructional design and writing skills with a history of creating high-impact playbooks, hands-on labs, and formal demo certification programs.
The Plus Factor
- Hands-on experience with restaurant technology, workforce management, or multi-unit hospitality operations platforms.
- Prior experience executing value selling methodologies within technical presales and customer success workflows.
