We are looking for a Senior Product Management - Mobility/IoT to join our Operations Team!  Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Senior Product Management - Mobility/IoT. The Product Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and executing mobility and IoT products.   Define and communicate product vision and strategies with the partnership of the executive team. Additionally, will assist in prioritizing ongoing initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and internal business objectives.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch, by developing collateral, sharing messaging, and driving resources to the appropriate information. Own any software development requirements related to their product(s). Define and document detailed product requirements and specifications. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters. Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs to ensure performance and customer satisfaction. Desired Skills and Experience: Taking products from ideation to launch.  Presenting, technical writing, and collaborating with internal teams for continued success.  Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle and computer science. Bachelor’s degree  5+ years of direct experience in a product management or related role preferred. 5+ Years of direct experience in Mobility and / or IoT  Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $165,000 annually. We are searching for a Sr. Mobile Solutions Architect to join our expanding Mobility team.  The Sr. Mobile Solutions Architect will align with customers, partners, and internal teams, to create unique solutions that solve the customer’s technical and financial requirements.   Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise in customer engagements specifically around MetTel's suite of mobility products and services. Help deliver enticing presentations, and proposals, highlighting MetTel’s technical differentiators. Translate business and technical requirements into the actionable scope of work items. Conduct effective customer meetings and gather, document, and influence requirements. Prepare and deliver enthusiastic and engaging technical presentations. Develop strong positive relationships with various individuals and key customer contacts.  Discover and identify potential new opportunities (wider and deeper). Articulate MetTel's value proposition. Stay current with industry specific technology, through provided internal training and tool. Lead discovery calls with customers and uncover any opportunities. Be able to confidently navigate a room and present to enthusiastically and engage executive teams Travel 30-40%    Skills and Experience: Technical expertise in required technologies: pre-sales knowledge in API automation IT systems and some working knowledge of 4G/5G Wireless Technologies ranging from services for smartphones, to IoT solutions Competency in other solution sets: Mobile Device Management including Workspace One, MS Intune, Scalefusion, Samsung Knox, Apple Business Manager, Google zero touch, Checkpoint Harmoney.
