DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Work with Director, Fund Accounting on the accounting and administration of ~21 investment and private equity partnerships including financial, tax and regulatory reporting Prepare reconciliations of fund cash and investment positions to the prime broker/custodian accounts and track fund level expenses, accruals, management fees, and advisory service fee Review the fund portfolios valuation and calculate fund NAVs on monthly and quarterly basis Input transactions into the general ledger and reconciliation of key accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis Prepare Partnership GAAP basis financial statements Work with on preparation of various partnership related regulatory filings Assist with capital activity cash management for the ~17 private equity funds including contributions, distributions, capital calls and redemptions Respond to investor communications and requests Coordinate with and prepare supporting documentation for third party service providers, including audit and tax firms and internal tax team Assist with the evaluation and implementation of process efficiencies and improvements Other administrative duties as assigned by management  MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS Fund accounting experience including private equity fund of funds (FOF) and /or hedge funds preferred BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred 3-5 years of overall general accounting experience ideally with public accounting experience Experience in accounting software programs such as Archway preferred but not required High proficiency in Excel Accounting experience in various investment instruments including equities, fixed income, futures, private equity, mutual fund investments and/or derivative products Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments within the firm and external service providers Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality in dealing with client matters Must consent to and have favorable consumer report and background check OTHER ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE TRAITS Willingness to learn and expand responsibility Detail-oriented and organized, with strong written/verbal communication skills Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines Strong organization skills and ability to communicate upwards when competing priorities arise Ability to be proactive and anticipate issues; works quickly and proactively to solve them Willingness to learn, expand responsibility

POSITION OVERVIEW:  The Accounts Payable Associate is primarily responsible for Accounts Payable, including the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payment transactions and vendormaintenance. Reporting to a Senior Accountant, this position works closely with company employees, vendors, and the Finance Team to support efficient accounts payable operationsand strong internal controls. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for processing Accounts Payable for multiple companies in Oracle NetSuite accounting system. Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in Oracle NetSuite, working with approving managers as necessary to verify required fields, including general ledger account coding, memo descriptions and department coding. Establish and maintain vendor records in Oracle NetSuite, and obtain and review required vendor documentation for new vendors, including IRS Form W-9. Monitor all Corporate credit cards activity and ensure completeness of data import of credit card transactions in Oracle NetSuite. Obtain supporting documentation for credit card charges and ensure expenses are processed through accounts payable on a timely basis, following up with employees regarding missing receipts or documentation.  Work with Senior Accountant and Corporate Controller on timing of Accounts Payable payment processing (ACH and manual check processing) and ensure checks are mailed promptly after signing. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments and account status. Work with the Senior Accountant to prepare and issue all annual 1099 tax documents. Assist in the posting journal entries in Oracle NetSuite. Serve as a backup for daily reconciliations of Tolleson Private Bank internal accounts (Federal Reserve, ATM, Teller Cash, etc.). Assist with data gathering for various internal and external audits and regulatory exams. Help the Finance Team with special projects and staff accounting workload as needed. MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred. Experience working with Oracle NetSuite or similar cloud-based accounting and Accounts Payable system required. Attention to detail must be a strength. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with monthly close deadlines. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills, initiative and ability to make decisions within guidelines. Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Loop, Copilot, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn new technology. Must consent to and have favorable credit report and background check.
