Senior AWS DevSecOps Engineer
T-Rex Solutions is looking to select a Senior AWS DevSecOps Engineer to support the US Department of the Treasury TCloud enterprise cloud development effort. This effort aims to facilitate holistic multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, OCI and GCP) to meet the Department of Treasury’s enterprise-wide infrastructure needs.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Iac) and SRE principles.
Maintenance and ongoing development of automation and continuous build/integration/deployment infrastructure for multiple environments; write, build and deploy scripts.
Enable observability and resilience throughout multi-cloud landing zones and Dev/Test/Prod environments.

O365 Engineer
Since 2016, T-Rex Solutions (T-Rex) has been supporting large scale hybrid-cloud migrations and systems modernization, to include the successful deployment of the first-ever online U.S. Census in 2020. T-Rex is actively expanding its IT Modernization services within the Federal Civilian market, specifically supporting the IRS's strategic priorities.
T-Rex is seeking an O365 Engineer to support the transformation and administration of resilient, secure environments for the IRS. The candidate will be responsible for the migration of on-prem servers to an O365 and Azure cloud environment as well as management and maintenance of our Office 365 applications. This will include O&M post-migration, including setting up and maintaining user accounts, ensuring system enhancements, and supporting Microsoft Exchange in a highly secure, classified environment. All work is performed on-site in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
Migration from on-prem to O365 and Azure cloud
Planning, design, engineering and execution of O365 migration
Setup of New Users: Provision new user accounts and profiles, and manage Office 365 licenses.
User Maintenance: Manage and support user accounts and groups, including password resets, user access issues, and mailbox management.
System Enhancements: Regularly review and implement system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure the optimal performance of the Office 365 environment.
OneDrive Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the integrity and security of data stored in OneDrive, including sharing permissions and access controls.
Microsoft Exchange Support: Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Exchange, ensuring smooth and secure email communications within the classified environment.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with end-users, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Collaboration Tools Management: Administer collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Security: Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of systems, networks, and information within the Office 365 suite.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures relevant to Office 365 management.
End-User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Office 365 capabilities and best practices.
Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for Office 365-related technical issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
Compliance: Ensure all Office 365 activities comply with legal and company policies and procedures, maintaining operational security posture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 4 or more years of related professional experience
Must be a US Citizen
Must posses a Secret Clearance or higher, or be able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance
Must possess an active Security+ Certification or higher (ex. CAP, CASP, CISM, CISSP), or be able to obtain one within 30 days
Must possess an active OS certification (ex. Azure, AWS, Microsoft, Linux, etc.), or be able to obtain one within 30 days
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Office 365 administration and engineering, including Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 services and integration in a secure, classified environment.
Experience in user account management and Microsoft Exchange mail services.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
Knowledge of IT security best practices and familiarity with compliance regulations relevant to a classified environment.
Ability to meet with customers to gather and understand business requirements
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changing priorities
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be punctual, reliable, and accountable for themselves, with ability to follow through with tasks to completion
Desired Education & Experience:
Experience performing O365 migrations strongly desired.
