Manager, Customer Analytics
Primary Function:
The Manager of Customer Analytics will lead a team of analysts to generate insights that inform customer strategy, marketing decisions, and business growth initiatives across the organization. This role bridges hands-on data analysis with strategic leadership, supporting marketing and business partners in understanding customer behavior, campaign performance, and digital engagement. Duties and Responsibilities:
Take lead business ownership of developing a new customer master in collaboration with the data engineering team, enabling a deeper understanding of our customer base.

Drive high-visibility marketing analytics initiatives in close collaboration with the Senior Manager, independently managing complex projects that align with evolving business objectives.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related fields, with a focus on eCommerce, retail, or digital marketing
Strong leadership skills—prior experience managing analysts or mentoring junior team members
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for marketing and executive stakeholders
Expertise in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BigQuery, Redshift)
Solid understanding of marketing measurement, attribution models, and statistical techniques

Architect, design & ship modern TypeScript modules, services, and tooling for NetSuite SDF (Software Development Framework) that can perform at scale
Lead technically by contributing to technical direction and platform architecture to balance short-term deliverables with long-term maintainability and resilience
Own our SDF TypeScript build + CI pipeline and champion best practices for testing, observability, and security (PCI/SOX)
Champion observability, testing, and security best practices (PCI/SOX compliance), ensuring robust, production-ready systems
Partner with other engineering teams as well as business stakeholders in Fulfilment, Finance, and Customer Service to turn business goals into resilient systems and automations

Duties and Responsibilities

Category Manager - Private Brand
Primary Function:
At Zoro, we desire to have every product for every business need. Category Managers are key contributors to our growth in both sales and category expansion. The Category Management team is responsible for defining strategies for our key categories and then finding and managing supplier relationships that allow us to add products and drive growth in those categories.
A Private Brand Category Manager’s success will be defined by unlocking the full potential for Zoro’s wide portfolio of private branded products. This will revolve around ensuring competitiveness and growing sales for existing private brand assortment by identifying opportunities for product expansion, improving customer repeat rates and analyzing strategic areas of growth through category reviews. In order to be successful, a Category Manager will need to partner with key existing suppliers while facilitating development with new suppliers. We expect our Category Managers to be thought leaders, able to think big and create a scalable vision, and be able to solve problems unique to their categories to be successful. The Category Manager is responsible for suppliers and categories but in addition you will be hands-on in general management of your brands and you’ll touch many areas within Zoro and Grainger. As such, you’ll need strong internal influence skills to build and maintain relationships and understand many of the inner workings of our business. Being an e-commerce company we have vast amounts of data that you’ll need to be able to digest and turn into actionable plans to manage your business. A successful candidate will be able to be an effective communicator, highly influential, have strong business acumen and lead with curiosity.
