Manager, Customer Analytics
Primary Function:
The Manager of Customer Analytics will lead a team of analysts to generate insights that inform customer strategy, marketing decisions, and business growth initiatives across the organization. This role bridges hands-on data analysis with strategic leadership, supporting marketing and business partners in understanding customer behavior, campaign performance, and digital engagement. Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive high-visibility marketing analytics initiatives in close collaboration with the Senior Manager, independently managing complex projects that align with evolving business objectives.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related fields, with a focus on eCommerce, retail, or digital marketing
Strong leadership skills—prior experience managing analysts or mentoring junior team members
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for marketing and executive stakeholders
Expertise in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BigQuery, Redshift)
Solid understanding of marketing measurement, attribution models, and statistical techniques
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Director, Cybersecurity
Position Overview
The Director, Cybersecurity is Zoro’s top security executive, responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets, platforms, and data. This role will build and lead Zoro’s cybersecurity program while aligning closely with our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization and Grainger’s enterprise security team. As a key member of the CTO’s leadership team, this role is both strategic and hands-on, with accountability for risk mitigation, compliance adherence, and threat resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Own Zoro’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy, policies, and program roadmap.
Partner with the Sr. Director, Technology Delivery & Governance to ensure integrated execution of security, compliance, and risk initiatives.
Establish controls aligned with NIST, PCI DSS, SOX, and other relevant standards.
Lead Zoro’s threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management functions.
Ensure secure development practices are embedded within the SDLC.
Drive security awareness, education, and behavioral change programs across Zoro.
Oversee audits, risk assessments, third-party security reviews, and board-level reporting.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Technology to manage vendor risk and data protection obligations.
Serve as the primary liaison with Grainger’s cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment on policies, playbooks, and escalation paths.
Hire, lead, and grow a cybersecurity team focused on proactive protection and incident readiness.
Qualifications
10+ years in security leadership roles, ideally in high-scale digital or e-commerce environments.
Deep expertise in information security architecture, incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.
Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks: SOX, PCI, NIST, CCPA/CPRA.
Experience partnering with GRC, Legal, and Audit stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed environments and influence at all levels.
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications required.

Manager, Governance Risk & Compliance
Job Summary:
The Manager, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) is responsible for developing and executing Zoro’s technology governance, risk, and compliance programs. This role supports the organization’s strategic and operational objectives by managing risk processes, leading control initiatives, and supporting audit readiness activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Advise on design and management over Zoro’s IT general controls to ensure the proper development and implementation of applications (SDLC controls), access, change management, computer operations controls.
Owns Zoro’s risk program, including risk register management, remediation planning, resolution tracking, and ongoing risk monitoring.
Leads the development and implementation of security awareness training and tabletop exercises to promote risk-conscious behavior and preparedness
Support planning, scoping, and execution of technology-related assessments (e.g. operational, security, privacy, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, SOX compliance) across all business operations.
Perform vendor security reviews as prescribed by Zoro’s vendor security review program.
Assist with developing, implementing, and communicating risk-related policies and standards.
Assist with the implementation, management, and testing of Zoro’s business continuity and disaster recovery program.
Performs other related duties as assigned in support of governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of IT risk and control frameworks, including SOX IT requirements, COSO, COBIT, NIST CSF, PCAOB, and PCI-DSS standards.
In-depth understanding of IT general controls (ITGCs), IT application controls (ITACs), segregation of duties (SoD), key report baselining, interfaces, and system integrations.
Familiarity with developing and managing enterprise risk, incident management, and business continuity & disaster recovery (BCDR) programs.
Experience working with a broad spectrum of technologies including cloud environments, applications, databases, and operating systems.
Experience in SOX system implementation controls and SOX IT controls, both design and testing.
Ability to write clearly, actively listen, and build effective working relationships across teams.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
At least one relevant professional certification e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIA, etc.
