About the position

We are looking for a dynamic professional administrator, distinguished by their compassion, commitment, and professional integrity. This role will include office management and administration, as well as patient and provider communications and community building. This is a non-clinical, full time role on site at one of our New York City based clinics, with salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Office Management & Administration

  • Maintain a professional, warm, welcoming office environment
  • Greet all patients and guests, manage check-ins and payment
  • Answer all inbound calls 
  • Manage all patient bookings and appointments
  • Process new patient information
  • Track and manage office inventory and supplies

Patient and Provider Communications & Community Building

  • Manage select patient communications
  • Input and manage data for the CRM database
  • Organize and manage events (e.g. lunch and learns with provider community, team events, etc.)
  • Help coordinate cold and warm partner outreach
  • Schedule all meetings on behalf of the clinic team
  • Stay abreast of news media relating to ketamine therapy and mental health
  • Coordinate select outreach material and communications with patient and partner communities

Experience

  • Prior responsibilities in office administration
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience or genuine interest in mental health desired

Compensation Package and Benefits

The annual starting salary for this role is $70,000. In addition to salary, Ember Health provides all full time employees with guaranteed 401K contributions and bonus 401K contributions based on enterprise performance. The total amount contributed to your 401K will be 3%-10% of your annual salary. All full time employees with Ember Health are eligible for healthcare benefits (including vision and dental), 18 days of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, dedicated sick time, and a host of other benefits to ensure personal wellbeing.

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity at a clinic in NYC.
