Role Overview:

You’ll own the end-to-end content writing for social platforms (LinkedIn, X, short & long form). From ideation to final copy, you’ll refine creative quality, leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, and experiment to make content sharper, faster, and more impactful.

This is not a stepping stone. You’ll be our tech writer, researcher, editor, and strategist - your words = our scroll-stoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand Emergent’s platform, AI products, and vibe coding ecosystem.
• Research trends, communities, and technical niches to generate compelling content ideas.
• Decide content formats, narrative flows, and copy style based on performance insights.
• Write crisp hooks, engaging captions, and long-form posts tailored for digital virality.
• Track content performance, iterate, and optimize based on data.
• Experiment with AI tools to speed up research, ideation, copywriting, and testing.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Computer Science background or comfortable with technical concepts.
• Intuitive understanding of what content will resonate - and why.
• Strong analytical mindset; can break down why tech content works.
• Passionate about AI, vibe coding, and experimenting with innovative formats.
• Self-driven and proactive; you take ownership without waiting for instructions.
• Data-informed, opinionated, and comfortable iterating on your work.
• Care deeply about the intersection of copy, visuals, and storytelling.

Requirements:

• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media script writing (or equivalent portfolio).
• Proven ability to craft hooks, headlines, and short/long-form digital copy (ideally 100k+ reach/engagement).
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Design, and Product teams.
