AI Platform Engineering Specialist

What will you do :-

• Work independently as customer solutions engineering team for refining the design and implementation
• Requires to debug and fix code if agent fails to do
• Understanding PRDs and help customers build feature using agents
• Code review of customer products as per the PRD
• Writing system prompts and building custom agents for agentic apps
• Thorough QA of products
• Sometimes require to understand customer problem deeply and do the knowledge transfer to customers
• Vibe coding to build internal apps and running evals independently
• Internal Tooling: Building automated AI tools and solutions to improve customer success process.
• Review the code flow & architecture of the app

What you will need:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Mathematics & Computing.
• 3+ years of professional fullstack development experience: Have worked on developing core product in his previous roles.
• 2+ years of experience in integrating LLMs APIs and build a core feature around.
• Good to have: Hands on experience in building RAG pipelines, AI agents.
• 3+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Python, Node.js, NestJS, JavaScript, React Native, etc with strong proficiency.
• 2+ years of experience in React in handling components, state management, routing.
• 3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
• Can do thorough QA - have knowledge or may have done SIT, Smoke test, VAPT, UAT.
• Strong Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithmic design, problem solving and complexity analysis • Experience in building scalable high performance large systems.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful API design and communication.
• Experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases, including schema design.
• Proficient in asynchronous programming concepts (e.g., async/await, Promises, event loop).
• Working knowledge of user authentication and authorization principles and implementation.
• Familiarity with Firebase authentication and JWT.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and CI/CD concepts/tools.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
