What You’ll Do
- Own Emergent’s presence on Twitter and LinkedIn end-to-end.
- Plan, execute, and maintain a high-velocity social content calendar with multiple posts daily.
- Create, curate, and ship high-quality content everyday.
- Translate product updates, launches, and narratives into compelling social storytelling.
- Drive real-time, reactive content tied to cultural, tech, and internet moments.
- Collaborate closely with product, growth, and leadership teams for timely messaging.
- Track performance, iterate fast, and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and brand recall.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience managing social for consumer or tech-led brands.
- Proven track record of running high-frequency, high-impact content engines on Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Strong sense of internet culture, timing, and narrative framing.
- Ability to balance speed with quality — you can ship daily without burning out the brand.
- Excellent writing skills with a sharp, brand-consistent voice.
- Data-aware mindset — you understand what works and why.
Good to Have
- Experience running social for fast-moving startups or internet-first brands.
- Hands-on involvement in large-scale, moment-led or event-driven campaigns.
- Comfort working closely with founders and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with product-led or developer-focused audiences.
