We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.

What You'll Do:

• Own and grow Emergent's presence across short-form platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels)
• Plan and execute a high-volume short-form content calendar with consistent daily output
• Ideate, script, shoot, and ship engaging short-form videos end-to-end
• Translate product features, launches, and use cases into snackable, high-retention content
• Experiment with formats, hooks, trends, and storytelling styles to drive discovery
• Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams for aligned messaging
• Track performance metrics and iterate quickly based on what's working

What We're Looking For:

• 2 to 3 years of experience managing or creating short-form content for brands or creators
• Strong understanding of platform-native content, trends, and algorithms
• Proven ability to consistently ship high-quality, high-frequency short-form content
• Comfort being hands-on, from ideation to execution
• Good visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail
• Data-aware mindset with an experimental approach

Good to Have:

• Experience at fast-growing startups or internet-first brands
• Familiarity with creator-led or product-led growth
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, shipping-first environment
