The Role
We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist to build and scale creator-led growth at Emergent across global markets. This is a hands-on execution role focused on driving measurable impact, not vanity metrics.
What You’ll Do
• Source, onboard, and manage creators across priority geographies (US, Europe, UK, APAC, Oceania).
• Build a diversified creator portfolio across founders, indie builders, finance creators, SMB operators, and AI/product audiences.
• Execute influencer campaigns across awareness, education, and activation with clear success metrics.
• Own creator workflows end-to-end: briefs, onboarding, product education, content ideation, reviews, approvals, and launches.
• Ensure creators demonstrate real Emergent use cases—apps built, workflows shipped, problems solved.
• Enforce content quality using SOPs and checklists to maintain brand and product accuracy.
• Implement attribution mechanisms (UTMs, creator links, geo-level tracking, landing pages).
• Track and analyze performance across views, engagement, sign-ups, activation, and downstream usage.
• Run structured experiments across creator types, formats, geographies, and use cases.
• Optimize spend, CPMs, and creator payouts based on ROI and performance.
• Identify underperforming creators or formats early and course-correct decisively.
Who You Are
• 2–4 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience (tech, SaaS, fintech, or creator-led platforms preferred).
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience working with global creators and audiences across geographies.
• High attention to detail across briefs, content quality, and attribution.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Nice-to-Have
• Exposure to developer, no-code, AI, or builder ecosystems.
• Experience with attribution tools, UTMs, and performance dashboards.
• Background in early-stage or high-growth startups.
