Technical Account Manager
Bangalore

What you will do:
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for customers, handling questions, issues, and escalations with urgency and professionalism. Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions
- Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for Emergent’s platform, providing best practice advice and guidance on Emergent’s products and services
- Solve technical issues of high-value customers and offer technical guidance and advice
- Work with Customer Product Partners to offer white-glove service to offer white-glove service: Ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and prompt resolution
What you will need
- 4+ years in technical support, developer support, or systems engineering
- Experience providing rapid-response support to high-value or enterprise customers
- Strong debugging skills with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages with strong infrastructure expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication under time pressure - able to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and guide them
- Well versed in code reviews, design discussions and solving complex systems problems
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority issues simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and composure
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and genuine empathy for customers building on Emergent
- Passion for helping customers succeed in vibe coding and building their dream apps while delivering a top-tier customer experience and helping them succeed
