Project Coordinator (Exhibitions & Tradeshows)

As Environments & Exhibitions Project Coordinator you will be a part of our talented, award-winning Environments team. As an important part of the team, you will work with a variety of clients to assist in the delivery of exhibition booths and environments that make a mark and inspire audiences.

This is an exciting role providing the opportunity for national and international travel working with a fun and experienced team. The role will involve working closely with clients and building relationships, whilst providing support to the project teams.

What you'll be doing …

  • Supporting the production and execution of projects from initial concept to client delivery
  • Undertaking task-based aspects of exhibition booth design, production, on site installation
  • Ownership of small projects and work as part of a bigger team on larger ones
  • Demonstrating an appreciation and developing understanding of client content and messaging
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate project plans and schedules whilst managing any updates and changes
  • Traveling to Environments/Exhibits show sites to oversee build and manage the project throughout the show duration, supporting the project lead with an array of on-site requirements
  • Liaising  with suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring our sustainability targets on assigned project
  • Taking an active role in the department attending team meetings, show and tells and supplier visits

What you'll need to have …

  • Previous experience of project co-ordination within an events, congress or exhibit environment
  • Comfortability working with clients
  • A can-do approach to team working, with enthusiasm in abundance
  • A focus on accuracy, consistency and to high levels of customer service 
  • A high degree of organisation with the ability to work on clear tasks unsupervised. •
  • The ability to travel to our Downtown Philadelphia office (hybrid working) along with a desire to travel onsite regularly (nationally and internationally)
