Job Description: 

As the B2B Lifecycle CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing a fully-fledged lifecycle program that drives $2 million+ in demand for Emotive.io. 

This includes managing email & SMS campaigns, all AI personalization, enrichment provider integrations, maintenance of existing personalization systems, outbound campaign management, identification tools, and coordination of all things lifecycle marketing for our B2B go-to-market lifecycle demand generation program. Bottom-line: you breathe email, sms, and all lifecycle marketing; you know there are many ways to get the same result. 

You will also oversee all automations, lead scoring, inbound identification funnels, and domain reputation. And, being the email deliverability guru you are, you’ll have a strong background in understanding how to get in the inbox.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing program, driving substantial demand
  • Oversee email, SMS, and personalization strategies, ensuring seamless integrations with enrichment providers
  • Lead and own outbound campaign management - email and SMS primarily
  • Maintain and optimize existing personalization integrations across the tech stack
  • Coordinate all lifecycle marketing activities for go-to-market programs in e-commerce B2B demand generation
  • Develop and manage automation-based programs, lead scoring, and inbound identification funnels
  • Ensure high deliverability as a practice and function of the role
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling marketing content
  • Ability to modify and/or create designs for all SMS and email creative
  • Excitement to learn and further refine the fundamentals of digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and programmatic digital media buying operations and supporting technology

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of direct B2B outbound lifecycle marketing experience
  • Proficiency in tools such as Hubspot, SMS providers, Apollo.io, Clay.com, Storeleads, and other enrichment providers
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability and compliance with GDPR and CCPA
  • Experience in creative production, copywriting, split testing, and editorial management
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of RFM (recency, frequency, and monetary value) strategies 
  • Working knowledge of HTML email fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of deliverability fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of basic design tools - Photoshop encouraged
  • Experience working with e-commerce/DTC brands
  • Ability to write in a brand voice
  • Familiarity with SMS best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of best practices and copywriting standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Suites
  • Bachelor’s degree  or related field of experience
  • Data Entry and other ad-hoc reporting tasks
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree or an additional 3-4 years of experience within digital marketing
  • Experience with light HTML, on-site tracking scripts, and Salesforce
  • Hubspot Certified or similar ESP certification preferred
  • Light proficiency in the following design programs: Photoshop and Figma
