Email Deliverability

Job Summary:
The Email Deliverability Manager will be responsible for optimizing email deliverability and ensuring that our email campaigns successfully reach our subscribers' inboxes. This role requires a deep understanding of email deliverability best practices, domain warming strategies, and IP reputation management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot or other email marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize email deliverability across various campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategies for domain warming to ensure successful email delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain IP reputation to ensure high deliverability rates.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to identify and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve deliverability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to email deliverability.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-time email deliverability experience.
  • Proven experience with email domain warming strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of IP reputation management and its impact on email deliverability.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
  • Experience with email deliverability tools and software.
