User-Generated Content (UGC) refers to authentic photos, videos, and reviews created by real customers about a brand or product. About the QA Team

Our QA Team provides QA engineers across engineering teams to ensure our clients are not experiencing issues while using our product. We are focusing on building a strong test plan and building a strong test plan and evaluating tickets coming from Customer Support.

We have QAs focusing on the Front-end and Back-end parts of our product, as well as team focusing on test Automation. The culture of the team focuses on the growth of both hard and soft skills. This role is focused on working with user-generated content (UGC) and the Rating and Reviews(R&R) within the Commerce group.

This is a remote/hybrid position, to be based in the Czech Republic.


What You’ll Do Here

  • Experience with Watir (Ruby) and Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript) testing frameworks
  • Build, extend, and maintain automated test scripts using Watir and Cypress within an established automation framework
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into build workflows(.i.e Team City and Circle CI)
  • Have strong scripting skills, a deep understanding of web architecture (DOM, selectors, async behavior),
  • Create automated test cases based on user story specifications.
  • Record issues into a defect-tracking system.
  • Actively engage with the Product Owner and Developers to ensure the viability of proposed solutions.
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Experience mentoring others in automation practices

What You’ll Bring to Us

  • You are competent in both written and spoken English.
  • 4+ years of hands-on automation experience in a software QA role
  • Ability to write test cases and procedures according to approved specifications.
  • Proficient in writing clean, reusable, and maintainable test code
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience within a software development environment.
  • You’re familiar with work management tools (i.e. Jira, TargetProcess, Asana).
  • You have experience with project management frameworks (i.e. Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
