Medical Records Specialist

Support the oncology team and Members by procuring medical records.

Location: Dallas, Texas | Onsite Full Time (Hybrid option after training)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring task list and completing medical records requests as requested
  • Timely management of all tasks
  • Request medical records via fax and phone
  • Frequent communication with provider offices and HIM departments to ensure timely retrieval
  • Manage workload within team environment

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely task driven
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a remote environment (Hybrid position)
  • Excellent time management

Strong Candidates will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be strong in communication with team members and provider offices/HIM department
