Responsibilities:
- Driving ASO Growth: you will be responsible for driving growth of our ASO business through:
- Establishing strong relationships with national and local leadership and account execs and connecting our sales teams into the relevant teams to support top of funnel development and sales processes
- Educating health plan partner account teams on our value proposition and differentiation in the market and engaging with their strategic account planning to establish how we can support
- Identifying specific opportunities where we can in partnership support health plan partner accounts in new logo acquisition and differentiate their offering
- Sales & Proposal Support: you will be the content experts for both sales and proposal development and refinement in the initial sales approach for all things with Anthem. You will also help the client success team with expansion sales as relevant
- Conduct Health Plan local market meetings to build awareness of Lantern’s solution
- Drive awareness of Lantern’s solution offering within health plan partners by executing various tactics including direct outreach, lunch and learn meetings, conference attendance, and others
- Support local health plan account teams with lead generation and opportunity advancement across the opportunity lifecycle
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team on outreach campaigns to drive market awareness of Lantern
- Document all activity in Salesforce.com to support pipeline management and forecasting
- Maintain and manage the pipeline
Requirements:
- Work experience
- Consultative Sales: experience either as a consultant or leveraging a consultative sales approach
- Health Plan Partnership Development: experience selling solutions into health plans
- 8-10 years’ experience in Anthem, Aetna or UHC Hub sales or Account Management
