Position Summary:
The Outbound Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in our sales and marketing efforts by reaching out to potential clients, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, organized, and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients or leads to schedule appointments for the sales team. (Averaging 75-100 calls per day)
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to assess their needs and determine if they qualify for the appointment.
- Script Adherence: Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
- Data Entry: Accurately record call details, appointment information, and other relevant data into the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as needed to confirm appointments, address any questions, and maintain engagement.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals.
- Customer Service: Provide a positive and professional experience for each prospect, handling objections and inquiries with tact and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments and provide feedback on lead quality and outreach strategies.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities):
- Experience: Previous experience in an outbound call center, high volume inside sales, or telemarketing role is preferred, but not required. Experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
- Resilience: Strong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-volume calling environment.
- Organization: Effective time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other call center tools. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus.
