Senior Sales Franchise Business Consultant

About the Opportunity:
Are you a high-performing in-home sales rep ready to make a bigger impact - without giving up what makes you great at what you do? We’re looking for a proven closer who thrives on first-call wins, follows up like a machine, and knows the power of sticking to a rock-solid process.
This isn’t a “trainer” role. It’s a chance to take everything you’ve learned as a top producer and coach other reps to do the same across the franchise network.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coach with credibility. Train franchisees and their teams to build trust, run killer demos, handle objections, present pricing, and ask for the sale with confidence.
- Lead implementation. Develop training resources and drive adoption of a proven first-call close system that’s delivering results nationwide.
- Ride-alongs & shadowing. Join franchisees and sales reps on real appointments (live and virtual) and give coaching that actually sticks.
- Drive accountability. Help franchisees and sales reps stay consistent with follow-up, rehash, and using the tools built to help them win.
- Scale your success. Take what worked for you—and help multiply it across dozens of markets.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and mentoring to franchise owners through one-on-one business reviews and performance tracking.
- Ensure franchisees meet their KPIs and provide guidance for improving operational performance, including production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priorities for Franchisee to address.
- Assist franchisees in building out/updating their VTO and annual budgets.
- Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by brand leadership.
- Conduct regular coaching calls (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) via a Level 10 EOS format and on-site visits to address challenges, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement. Adapt to franchise partner needs based on assessment and provide prescriptive training and resources to help and guide each franchise operation with customized approach
- Update training materials, operations manuals, and resources to ensure franchisees have the latest tools and knowledge.
- Utilize effective time management and operate with integrity to promote, advocate, educate and train in regard to the brand.
- Audit franchise location operations to ensure processes are followed by all.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of support for each franchise partner.
- Perform other duties as required.
Who You Are:
- 3–5+ years of in-home sales experience (in windows, doors, roofing, solar, siding, or similar) or 5+ years as a Franchise Business Consultant with a track record of successfully coaching franchisees.
- A first-call closer with a track record of beating quota
- Familiar with digital quoting tools, CRMs, and structured sales systems
- Confident coaching others in 1-on-1 or in small group settings
- Direct, clear, and passionate about helping others succeed
- Hungry to lead with impact - not just give advice
- Go getter mentality to tackle issues without direction
- Driver and motivator of results

- Have led or mentored a sales team
- Know platforms like Siro and other digital selling tools
- Understand franchise or multi-location sales teams
- Are the rep others already turn to when they need help closing
