Digital Marketing Account Manager
Richmond, Virginia
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate franchisee and vendor relationships for organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEM, third-party lead generators, review management tools, SEO, and websites
- Monitor SEO local execution with vendors to improve organic traffic and page rankings
- Serve as SME for franchisees on related brands on digital efforts
- Hold vendors responsible for exceeding goals and finding optimizations across campaigns
- Onboard new digital vendors facilitating integrations, connections; manage rollout to all relevant brands and specialists once initial onboarding is completed
- Highlight needed training curriculum for operations, marketing, and new franchisees with Director of Digital Marketing
- Create documentation for all processes to ensure alignment across brands
- Support digital communications for brands, coordinating with specialists and brand teams on algorithm updates, new tool features, major bugs, industry trends, etc.
- Develop and schedule monthly national, organic social posts on PromoRepublic
- Collaborate with brand marketing teams, creative team, and operations team on projects to reach business goals
- Assist in developing annual digital marketing strategy and budget recommendations with vendors and franchisees based on past performance data and metrics
- Project manage the digital responsibilities of onboarding a new location, creating profiles, ad accounts, etc. as required
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (PowerBI, dashboards, etc.) to track key metrics and performance for owned brands
- Conduct quarterly digital check-ins with individual franchisees (in coordination brand teams)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience and expertise of digital marketing tactics in SEO (ideally local SEO), PPC, paid and organic social media, email marketing
- Ability to interpret data to develop data-driven strategies to drive ROI
- Experience in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRMs, social media dashboards
- Strong project management skills to work cross-departmentally and across brands managing multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
Estimated Travel: 2-4x/year inclusive of franchisee annual/refresh trainings and professional development opportunities
Required certifications expected to be completed in first 6 months in role:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google My Business
- Digital Advertising from HubSpot
